French Algerian Medal For Operations For Security And Maintaining Order
Algeria.JPG (44837 bytes) 1FR-1. 1-1/8-inch diameter gold colored medal, depicting the profile of a helmeted woman with an oak leaf crown, the words, “Republique Francaise;” are inscribed on the outside edge of the medal. The medal has an oak leaf wreath suspension and is attached to a wide ribbon with a central, light blue, stripe and red and white stripes on the edges; a bronze, “ALGERIE,” bar is attached to the ribbon. The reverse is inscribed, “Medaille Commemorative Des Operations Securite Et Maintien De Ordere.” Standard French type, double prong attaching pin on the backside. Light age and tarnish from handling and storage. Near excellent. $25.00 
French Combatant’s Cross, - Instituted 1930
CombatantCross.JPG (41810 bytes) 1FR-2. An equal arm bronze cross superimposed on a smaller but wider cross. The front bearing the head of La Republique and the circumscription, “Republique Francaise.” The medal is suspended from a wide, pale blue, ribbon with seven thin red stripes. The backside depicts a sword, pointing downwards and is circumscribed, “Croix Du Combattant.” The holder of this medal granted the ex-service man the right to assistance from the, “National Office for Combatants. Standard French type, double prong attaching pin on the backside. Light age and insignificant soil from handling and storage. Near Vg+. $20.00
French Croix de Guerre Medal For Overseas Theaters Of Operations  - Instituted 1921

Bronze Croix de Guerre medal with separately applied central disk on the front, bearing the head of La Republique and the circumscription, “Republique Francaise.” The circumscription on the separately applied central disk on the reverse is, “theatres D’Operations Exterieurs.” The medal is suspended by a wide ribbon with a light blue center, which is bordered by red stripes; standard, French type, double prong attaching pin on the backside. Light age from handling and storage. Near excellent. $25.00
Commemorative Medal for Service in the Dardanelles, (Turkey), - Instituted 1926
Dardanelles.JPG (39772 bytes) 1FR-4. 1-1/8-inch diameter bronze medal, depicting the profile of a helmeted woman with an oak leaf crown, the words, “Republique Francaise;” are inscribed on the outside edge of the medal. The medal has a wreath suspension and is attached to a wide white ribbon with five green stripes. The reverse depicts an anchor, an artillery piece, oak leaves and olive branches with flags and battle honors; the word, “Dardanelles,” is inscribed at the top center of the reverse. The medal was awarded to all members of the expeditionary army that fought in the Dardanelles. Standard, French type, double prong attaching pin on the backside. Light age from handling and storage. The medal is suspended from an integral bronze bar with an oak leaf design and it has a wide white ribbon with five red stripes. The central reverse is inscribed “Grande Guerre 1914  - 1918;” the words, “Republique Francaise,” are inscribed around the outside border. Standard, French type, double prong attaching pin on the backside. Light age from handling and storage. The metal appears to be heavily worn but it is just lightly struck on both sides. French Korea Service Medal – Instituted 1952

The medal is suspended from a bronze bar representing a pagoda. And has a wide ribbon with a white center stripe bordered by medium blue stripes with blue white and red borders. The central reverse is inscribed “Medaille Commemorative Francaise Des Operations De L’Organisation Des Nations Unies En Coree;” the words, “Republique Francaise,” are inscribed around the outside border. The reverse depicts an anchor, artillery piece, a fortress and flags wit battle honors. The reverse depicts an anchor, an artillery piece, oak leaves and olive branches with flags and battle honors; the word, “Orient,” is inscribed at the top center of the reverse. The medal was awarded to all members of the expeditionary army that fought in the Balkans. A slightly obscure theatre of war against German and Bulgarian armies in Macedonia and the Balkans. The front bearing the head of La Republique and the circumscription, “Republique Francaise.” The medal is suspended from a wide, red ribbon with a white central stripe and white stripes on each edge. The backside is inscribed, “Croix De La Valeur Militaire.” This medal was issued for Military Valor in Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco and Mauritania, as well as, for other operations, including those in the former Yugoslavia, Chad and the Central African Republic. Standard French type, double prong attaching pin on the backside. Light age and tarnish from handling and storage. Near excellent. $20.00
The Cross Of The Volunteer Fighter - 1939-1945
Volunteer39-45.JPG (40628 bytes) 1FR-11. An equal arm bronze cross, with an integral disk bearing a helmeted solder and circumscribed, “Republique Francaise;” the disk is superimposed a vertical sword. Each arm of the cross is impressed with an olive branch design. The medal is suspended from a wide ribbon with a green center stripe bordered with red and yellow, which are the mixed colors of the ribbons of the, “Legion of Honor,” the, “ Military Medal” and the, “Cross of war 1914-1918.” The backside depicts a fan of olive leaves and is circumscribed, “Combattant.Volontaire 1939-1945.” Standard, French type, double prong attaching pin on the backside. French Army Lizard Pattern Blouse & Trousers 
FrenchLizPattern.JPG (45692 bytes) 1FR-12. A lightweight, hip length, blouse/jacket that over the years it has been issued to French Airborne troops; the French Foreign Legion, as well as, the French Army. The light green, 65% polyester 35% cotton HBT, (Herringbone Twill), base material is streaked with brown, as well as, deep green & dark green; the colors are bright and clean, that set has never been laundered. The blouse has an open collar with lapels that can be closed at the neck; epaulets on each shoulder are secured with a metal snap; six-button closure down the front of the blouse; two, vertical zipper chest pockets; large lower patch pockets with large flap and double metal snap closure on each side; double snap closures on each cuff. The interior color is olive green and the blouse has a, shoelace style, tie on the inside at the waistband; The jacket is approximately a size 42-inch chest and will comfortably fit about a 36-inch waist, if you have a big gut, it won’t work. The matching pants have about a 34-inch waist and a 31-1/2-inch inseam; slash side pockets; zipper fly; large patch pockets with large flap and double metal snap closure on each leg and a, shoelace style, tie at each cuff. An extra piece of material is sewn onto the knee area for added wear. The set appears to be a commercially produced, example; it is very nicely tailored with attention to detail and quality. Unused.
