1UPW-001. New made brown leather airborne type chinstrap with five adjusting holes and formed chin cup, which is, smooth, leather lined, (not chamois). A very nice reproduction that very closely resembles the original item in all aspects; looks great hanging from an M1C Liner. New made. Unused. Excellent. $22.00

1UPW-1. A lightweight, light olive (khaki) colored, cotton jacket, sometimes referred to as a "Parsons Jacket," because of the role played by Major General J. K. Parsons in its development and design. The M41 jacket has button epaulets on shoulders, open slash side pockets, Zipper front with button flap closure. Each side is adjustable at the bottom hem by use of a cloth tab and three buttons, as well as, adjustable double buttons at each sleeve cuff. Button and tab closure secures collar during inclement weather. Gussets on backside extend vertically from the waist to the edge of each shoulder for added comfort and ease of movement. There is a permanent belt panel sewn across back at waist level. The Interior, including the sleeves is wool lined. The wool lining is a different texture and color than the original and it has a left-hand zipper as it is manufactured in Europe; otherwise, in our opinion, this is the most exact, reasonably priced, M41 jacket you will find available today.  The colors in the images are not completely accurate. The jacket is actually a light olive (khaki) color and the lining is a slightly darker than the exterior. Originals are impossible to find in a wearable size; when they are found they are invariably in bad condition and usually very expensive. These jackets are cut, and fit the same as WW2 M41 jackets, that is, they are tight under the arms and across the shoulders and they do not take into account for “Gut” room. 1UPW-2. Full size 3-inch wing with the letter “G” in the center shield. Reproduced by N.S. Meyer, New York. This wing is the exact design that N.S. Meyer produced throughout the WW2 period. Reverse marked with the Meyer shield logo and “Sterling.” Originals of this RARE Glider Pilot Wing are very difficult to find and very expensive to purchase. 1UPW-5. Full size 3-inch wing with winged bullet design separately applied in the center. Reproduced by N.S. Meyer, New York. This wing is the exact design that N.S. Meyer produced throughout the WW2 period. The lightly sculptured out backside is marked with the Meyer Shield logo and “Sterling.” A very high quality, beautifully designed and detailed wing.
